Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions will apply to the sale of PDF versions of the essays as soon as the online purchase process opens. They are published here now for information purposes.
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale, on Proustagram.com, of essays and articles in PDF format (‘digital content’) by the publisher identified in the legal notice, to buyers acting in their capacity as consumers.
2. Price
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, on the page for each item of content. [To be completed: ‘VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the CGI’ where applicable.] The applicable price is that displayed at the time of ordering.
3. Order and payment
Payment is made via PayPal. The order is final upon confirmation of payment by PayPal.
4. Delivery
The content is sent by email to the address provided at the time of ordering, in the form of a download link, within minutes of payment being made. If you do not receive it, please email proustagram@gmail.com.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer, who has waived their right of withdrawal. This consent and this waiver are obtained at the time of ordering.
6. Use of the content
The content purchased is intended for strictly personal use. Any reproduction, distribution or resale, whether free of charge or for a fee, is prohibited.

8. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman [to be completed: name and contact details of the ombudsman], or to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
